WE DIDN'T START OUT AS FOUNDRY 11.

The business began as Gorilla Digital Marketing back in 2013, not because I wanted to run a marketing agency, but because I couldn’t find anyone who could deliver what I needed as a startup founder: real value, practical outcomes, and a website that actually worked for my business.

So I started building websites. Then campaigns. Then Google and Facebook advertising, whatever helped small and medium businesses get online and get more from the tools available to them.

Over time, the digital marketing space became saturated. Too many agencies promising the world, delivering very little. I found myself at a crossroads: keep going down that path, or carve out something different.

What came next was the part that always came naturally, working collaboratively with owners and leadership teams to rethink how their systems worked, how their teams operated, and how to build a business that runs better, not just bigger.

That shift wasn’t by accident. It was a conscious decision to focus on what actually drives business growth — clarity, structure, and execution.

Eventually, the old brand just didn’t fit anymore.

Foundry 11 was the next chapter.

I've been in business for a very long time, across several different industries, as a business owner, company leader and even as the mail boy when I first started my career. I've built businesses, teams, systems, strategies and worked for some of the biggest brands in the world. I've had to make tough calls, worn a lot of hats and lived the realities most business owners face.

This is what makes Foundry 11 different. It's not a service line, it's an operator led business. When we work together, you get someone who can see both the big picture and the day to day reality, and help bring that into alignment.

Behind the scenes, I lead a small team of trusted developers and technical experts across both Odoo and HubSpot. Everything runs through me, strategy, structure and implementation, so you are never left chasing different people or disconnected updates.
